　　B. 20套動力電池及服務(wù)包(電池供應(yīng)商按國家和地方技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求提供8年全生命周期質(zhì)保維保及零配件更換等系統(tǒng)配套服務(wù))。

　　Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 20 pure electric buses with a height of 8 meters; among them, 20 are provided by Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd. B. 20 sets of power battery and service packages (the battery supplier provides a comprehensive system of maintenance and spare parts replacement for an 8-year full life cycle warranty according to national and local technical standards). (For specific details, please refer to Section III - Procurement Requirements)

　　合同履約期限：合同簽訂后的60天內(nèi)完成全部車輛上牌并驗收合格交付(最晚不遲于2025年10月交付)

　　The Contract Period: Complete all vehicle registrations within 60 days after the contract is signed, and deliver them upon successful acceptance (no later than October 2025).

　　本項目(是)接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

　　二、申請人的資格要求

　　2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

　　(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定;

　　(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標(biāo)若符合政府強制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、鼓勵環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、扶持福利企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、支持監(jiān)獄和戒毒企業(yè)等政策，將落實相關(guān)政策。

　　(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this bidding meets the government's mandatory procurement policies for energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of disabled employment, promotion of SME development, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, etc., the relevant policies will be implemented.

　　(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. This project is open to procurement from suppliers of all sizes, including large, medium, small, and micro-sized enterprises, institutions, social organizations, etc.

　　(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定;

　　(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(ii)未被“信用中國”(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中國政府采購網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單;

　　(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
