　　B.108套動(dòng)力電池及服務(wù)包(電池供應(yīng)商按國家和地方技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求提供8年全生命周期質(zhì)保維保及零配件更換等系統(tǒng)配套服務(wù))。

　　(以上車輛分配為初步數(shù)量，采購人可依實(shí)際情形調(diào)整各直屬公司車輛分配數(shù)量，具體詳見第三部分——采購需求)

　　Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 108 units of Class I pure electric buses (10 meters in height), allocated as follows: 13 units to Shanghai Pudong New Area Shangnan Public Transport Co., Ltd., 66 units to Shanghai Pudong New Area Jingao Public Transport Co., Ltd., and 29 units to Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd.

　　B. 108 sets of power batteries and service packages (the battery supplier shall provide supporting system services such as 8-year full-life-cycle quality assurance, maintenance, and spare parts replacement in accordance with national and local technical standards).

　　(The above vehicle allocation is a preliminary quantity. The purchaser may adjust the number of vehicles allocated to each affiliated company according to actual circumstances. For details, please refer to Part III - Procurement Requirements)

　　合同履約期限：交付時(shí)間：合同簽訂后的 60 天內(nèi)完成全部車輛上牌并驗(yàn)收合格交付(最晚不遲于 2025 年10月交付)

　　The Contract Period: Delivery Time：All vehicles shall be registered, inspected and accepted as qualified, and delivered within 60 days after the contract is signed (with the latest delivery date no later than October 2025).

　　二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求

　　2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

　　(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定;

　　(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標(biāo)若符合政府強(qiáng)制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、扶持福利企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、支持監(jiān)獄和戒毒企業(yè)等政策，將落實(shí)相關(guān)政策。

　　(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender complies with government policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, the relevant policies shall be implemented.

　　(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：本項(xiàng)目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)單位、社會(huì)組織等各類供應(yīng)商采購

　　(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: This project procures from various types of suppliers, including large, medium, small, and micro-sized enterprises, public institutions, and social organizations.

　　(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定;

　　(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(ii)未被“信用中國”(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中國政府采購網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單;
