　　Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: 71 units of 10-Meter Class I Plug-in Hybrid (Including Extended-Range) Public Transport Buses; among which, 11 units are for Shanghai Pudong New Area Yanggao Public Transport Co., Ltd., 30 units for Shanghai Pudong New Area Jingao Public Transport Co., Ltd., and 30 units for Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd. (For details, please refer to Part III - Procurement Requirements)

　　合同履約期限：交付時間：合同簽訂后的 60天內(nèi)完成全部車輛上牌并驗收合格交付(最晚不遲于2025年10月交付)

　　The Contract Period: Delivery Time: All vehicles shall be registered, inspected and accepted as qualified, and delivered within 60 days after the contract is signed (with the latest delivery date not later than October 2025)

　　二、申請人的資格要求

　　2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

　　(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定;

　　(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標若符合政府強制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、鼓勵環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、扶持福利企業(yè)、促進殘疾人就業(yè)、促進中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、支持監(jiān)獄和戒毒企業(yè)等政策，將落實相關(guān)政策。

　　(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender complies with the government's policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, the relevant policies shall be implemented.

　　(c)本項目的特定資格要求：本項目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)單位、社會組織等各類供應(yīng)商采購。

　　(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: This project is open for procurement to various types of suppliers, including large, medium, small, and micro-sized enterprises, public institutions, and social organizations.

　　(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定;

　　(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(ii)未被“信用中國”(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中國政府采購網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單;

　　(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
