POSITION SUMMARY （職位介紹）:
The Cooling
Systems Engineer is responsible for pre and post-sales technical
support to customers and outside sales throughout China. This will
include serving as the technical interface between customers, headquarters,
outside sales and management. Responsibilities include providing
technical assistance to outside sales representatives and customers,
investigation and management of quality claims, and identifying
new applications for SPAL products.
技術(shù)應(yīng)用工程師的職責(zé)是向我們的所有客戶及本公司的銷售人員提供技術(shù)支持。它是聯(lián)系在我們的銷售人員、我們的客戶、總部以及公司本身之間的一種技術(shù)紐帶。它的工作職責(zé)包括了提供技術(shù)上的協(xié)助給銷售人員和我們的客戶；調(diào)查和處理產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題和投訴；確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品的適用性。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （工作內(nèi)容）:

Perform training to customers and sales staff
- 對客戶和公司銷售人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)
- Developing
and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- 和客戶對應(yīng)部門人員保持良好的合作關(guān)系
- Providing
recommendations and product information to outside sales and customers
- 給銷售人員和客戶提供建議和產(chǎn)品相關(guān)信息
- Investigating
and solving application problems and quality claims
- 調(diào)查和處理產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用中的問題和質(zhì)量索賠
- Keeping
outside sales and management informed about new technologies and
competitive products
- 協(xié)助銷售人員和公司了解行業(yè)內(nèi)其他產(chǎn)品和新技術(shù)
- Researching
new applications for SPAL products and making recommendations to
outside sales and management
- 研究SPAL產(chǎn)品的新的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域并向公司和銷售人員作推薦
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS （職位侯選人要求）:
A related
(automotive, refrigeration, etc.) Bachelors degree in Engineering
相關(guān)專業(yè)（汽車，制冷等）學(xué)士學(xué)位
Minimum of
three years technical experience with automotive cooling systems
(air-conditioning, refrigeration, heat-exchange, etc.)
至少3年車用冷卻系統(tǒng)（空調(diào)、制冷、熱交換器等方面）技術(shù)工作經(jīng)歷
PREREQUISITES:
-
Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Must be native Mandarin speaker, with strong English skills (oral
& written)
